These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of pardeepjha.com (the "site"), operated by Pardeep Jha & Associates, a chartered accountancy firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under Firm Registration Number 024234N. By browsing the site, contacting us through it, or downloading any material from it, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pardeep Jha & Associates is a partnership of chartered accountants practising in India, established in 2011 and regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. That engagement letter is the operative contract. It records the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, responsibilities of each party, and any limitation of liability specific to the engagement. In the event of any conflict between these site terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that engagement.

Subject to any contrary provision in a signed engagement letter, the courts at Mohali / SAS Nagar, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the site or these terms. Where a dispute relates to a professional engagement, the dispute-resolution clause of the relevant engagement letter shall apply.
